SATORI APPOINTS SCOTT WALTERS AS ADVISOR FOR AGRICULTURE
Toronto, Ontario –March 11, 2014 – Satori Resources Inc. (TSXV:BUD) (“Satori” or the “Company”) announces that Mr. Scott Walters has been appointed special Advisor to the Company for the purposes of assisting with leadership and due diligence activities in respect of the Company’s consideration of potential acquisitions within the agri-mining and agri- pharmaceutical sectors.
Mr. Walters is a senior management consultant to private and public companies within the mining and agricultural industries, and specializes in due diligence as it relates to a variety of consumer and agricultural products, particularly in relation to Marijuana for Medical Purposes Regulations (MMPR).
Mr. Walters has twenty years of securities industry experience, the majority of which has been spent investing in and financing natural resource and technology issuers. His execution and senior management experience on the buy and sell side encompasses all types of investment banking transactions including a focus on public and private equity and debt offerings; exclusive sale assignments, joint ventures, business creation and development.
In his previous role, Mr. Walters was the managing director of investment banking for a publicly listed US based investment bank.
There is no assurance that the Company will acquire additional assets, and in the interim, management continues to evaluate all transactions, opportunities, and activities in respect of the Tartan Lake Gold Mine Project in Flin Flon, Manitoba.
The Company further announces the granting of 2,100,000 incentive stock options exercisable at $0.05 per share for five years, 1,100,000 of which are to officers and directors of the Company, and 500,000 to Mr. Walters.
