Jaguar Resources Inc. ("Jaguar" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: JRI) announces that it has been successful in its applications to the Alberta Securities Commission, as principle regulator, and the British Columbia Securities Commission, to revoke the cease trade orders issued on May 6 and May 8, 2015, respectively (the "Cease Trade Orders"). The Company intends to file a reinstatement application with the TSX Venture Exchange forthwith.
