Hi 2Crude,

Sorry I missed this one earlier, but to answer you question. Basically when the AleAnna deal was put together AleAnna shareholders, retained 15% of their company, Saxon took 20%, and another Equity Group took the remaining 65% is how I understand it. Where I get a little confused is the third party to the transaction when Saxon announced its 20% deal (look back to NR for details).
