I am not impressed by the lack of news updates being provided for shareholders by Keith Hill and management at Bayou Bend. The last news report on the current well the Smoothe Prospect Well occurred on September 2. Perhaps Keith Hill the CEO and President of Bayou Bend is too busy running Pearl Exploration where he is the President and CEO and Gary Guidry is the Chairman.

Shareholders of Bayou Bend have a right to know what is going on with the drilling prosepect and whether there has been any success in terms of partnerships, or farming out or selling Bayou Bend assets to other oil companies. Treating shareholders like mushrooms is not good business ethics. I'm keeping a close watch to see if Keith Hill sells anymore of his shares.
