Hi Dick,

I have been invested in Shoreham for over a year now and reading your posts with a lot of interest. As a new invester in Jr. Mines, I have benefited from a lot of posters experience and knowledge. I invested in SMH knowing it would take some time to develop.

I have a family member who is heavily invested and also in DRV (Duran) and MMG (MacMillan Gold) and it is what brought me to SMH.

What concerns me at this point is that Mr. Bending is on the board at MMG and apparently very involved in the new operations and spin off, that I wonder how focused he can be on SMH and it's progress. I am uncertain if he is involved in DRV as well.... but it seems to me this could be a huge distraction.

I would really appreciate your (or others) take on this....
