Hi Guys!

I have been on the road for most of last week on a property tour, so I regret that I could not reply sooner. I have posted on this board in the past, but I was waiting for the announcement to come from the company before I stepped up to become more active in the discussion. However, I must also be carefull in that my role as an IR consultant will preclude me from making some comments on this board that would otherwise be perfectly acceptable for any other contributor.

Please feel free to send me any questions that you may have. Some things I will be able to comment on, and some things I cannot. I am very happy to be working with SMH. I have been a shareholder for about a year, and trust and respect the management. I accepted the position because I am bullish on the prospects for the company, and I believe I can assist with providing enhanced corporate communications. Agoracom is a good group and I am not working to displace their services. My efforts will be directed towards helping to build investor awareness in other avenues outside the online community here.
