Hey Chop,

I think that CEO is one of those people who have a desperate NEED to be one step ahead of us or be the ONE who has discovered some hidden truth or conspiracy that proves once and for all that his / her genius is beyond us mere mortals.

It appears that this NEED has become more important than the stock itself and would not matter if it is SMH or DRV or whatever has become the focus of his / her attention.

My advice is "If CEO does not like it...then buy as many shares as you can !!"
