Usually, splitting companies up drives the SP up, but its only 10K shares that were traded, so no big deal. Also, this is a venture cap stock....the standard responses to SP don't always apply to these types of stocks.

Now, lets hope DRV/MMI isn't the model for this breakup! How long now for MMI, 1.5 years and counting?
