Very good point.On top of that remember what price the J.V.'s are paying into the Guyana portion. The other point if SMH needed say12 million to do the work in Canada and Guyana you all would be screaming dilution.,but if they are two companies that is way less dilution. So think about that as well if you all who are against the split would look at the size of both packages you would see that they are both stand alone and have different back grounds;one is more Gold and the other is Uranium,Moly,Silver and maybe Rare Earth and for those reasons they shud be split.
