No. Shoreham pays for people to do their work only. It so happens Wintercrest got their own property over a year ago and asked ;when they were ready; if David and Glenn would like to be on the board.There is no conflict and being a Director of a company is not very a very hard task if management is good.Remember exploration is not competitve with the exception of trying to get the best property. If you have someone next to you and they hit it will help your stock so we like it when we all succeed. Look at Red Lake and all the different companies there-especially the ones that end up doing J.V.'s.
It should be considered an honour that these two have been asked to be directors of Wintercrest.You don't get asked these days unless you can contrbute and that you can bring something to the table
