Agoracom, Would you please pass this on to management?

Below are the BCSC requirements for holding an agm. Would SOMEONE in management PLEASE give us some indication that you have been granted an extension by the BCSC? The last thing investors need is for this stock to be halted because of not holding the agm at the required time.

Would someone please respond before the month ends?

182 (1) Subject to subsections (2) to (5), a company must hold an annual general meeting,

(a) for the first time, not more than 18 months after the date on which it was recognized, and

(b) after its first annual reference date, at least once in each calendar year and not more than 15 months after the annual reference date for the preceding calendar year.
