I am not waiting for anything. I have made it quite clear to Mr. Bending that I felt for the good of the company he should step down from the CEO/President position and turn it over to a qualified manager and leader. He could continue on in his role and only bill the company for his time. Note he goes to Guyana and is doing deals all over and working for or putting time in on other concessions also. That I feel is wrong if he is being paid by Shoreham, and it could be some of the payables that you see in the financials but no one will confirm that with me. Bending refused to step away.
I have two things that have been promised. 1) the Mahdia Gold deal getting the right to a significant property of record., and 2) Remex getting onto the property and actually doing something with Maurdi Gold/Paint Mountain. If they do not come in then Mr. Bending may not get a vote for his split.
You know that calling a special AGM is costly but if the company is going to hold a special AGM that would be a proper and timely event to drive the truck in.
However, at the AGM no shareholders showed up outside of three other than the company staff. Bending spoke and fed everyone a shovel full. With only three shareholders sitting in that room Bending is king and he feels everyone loves him. It will take a lot more than those three.
