Shoreham Resources names Orr as director

SHOREHAM APPOINTS GEORGE ORR TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

George Orr has accepted the appointment to Shoreham Resources Ltd.'s board of directors effective immediately.

Mr. George Orr is a chartered accountant and has several years experience dealing with public company reporting and administrative requirements. Mr. Orr is currently a director of MegaWest Energy Corp., a company listed on the OTC Bulletin Board and is a non-conventional oil company with emphasis on North American heavy oil projects. Additionally, Mr. Orr provides advisory services to a number of other reporting issuers and private companies. Mr. Orr's background in financial management makes him well suited to chair the Audit Committee. With the addition of Mr. Orr, the Company now has a five (5) member Board of Directors, three (3) of which are independent of management.

Geo., President and CEO of Shoreham Resources Ltd. reports that: "We are very pleased to welcome Mr. Orr to Shoreham's Board of Directors. He is very well qualified to oversee and improve our administration in this dynamic period. With the addition of Mr. Orr to the Board, the Company has achieved its Corporate Governance goals. Mr. Orr will replace Mr. Greg MacRae as Chairman of the Audit Committee. Mr. Orr will also be a member of the Company's Corporate Governance and Compensation Committees."
