close was actually meant to be seen by anyone?

What would cause them to quit?

The audit chairman that had been signing quarterly reports did not sign the January 

financials filed at the end of April.

His resignation was announced early in May.

By mid May it was already on stockhouse and Agoracom that auditors had quit.

The shareholders deserve to know when Macrae resigned, when the auditors
resigned, why they resigned, and why it took till June 18 to announce?
