SIDON INTERNATIONAL RESOURCES CORP.: FINAL DOCUMENTATION REGARDING TANZANIA GOLD OPTION NOW FILED WITH EXCHANGE

Sidon International Resources Corp. has now received the final version of the 43-101 Technical Report on the Morogoro Prospect in Tanzania that was completed by Dr. Ball. This report has now been filed, along with the option agreement and the private placement documentation with the exchange. All documentation regarding this prospect has now been submit to the Exchange for final approval. Once the Exchange reports back to the company, a new release will be issued.
