I did Google his name, and he has been director of a few penny stocks. In all honesty, I'm not sure if that in itself should be basis for concern,,,,if it was than you could eliminate the entire TSX exchange.

Check out TSX.com,,,,you can do a person search on almost any listed company and find name changes and multiple directors.

Mr Quilliam has never been in any serious trouble that I can see,,,other than his being the CEO of a dot com that went bust. Nothing odd about that,,,,,but one should always be careful investing in the junior sector.
