Well, Dutch (is it Bill?)...is it not possible that the Co. can proceed with construction with some sort of verbal green light from the county with permiting to follow? After all, it's not as though there is much else the land can be used for and there sure as heck isn't much commercial or construction activity going on out there. Jobs and industrial/mining growth potential must mean something to those people in these very trying times. I don't think there are any new shopping malls, oil wells, industrial complexes, housing or commercial developements being built. It is my understanding that the permiting is basically a rubber stamp process anyway. .. without all the politics, restrictions and impediments that existed in Melba. And then the whole thing has to be inspected by county officials to approve it anyway. It all comes down to $ and virtually no environmantal concerns. The only problems I can think of would be that a "entity" is in bed with someone who wants all the marbles that Pierre won't sell out for on the cheap. By the way, has anyone noticed all the new hot mining exploration and development activity going o in Idaho?

But let me also be clear on Pierre. He needs to produce and be credible. If this is a ruse, it will oly hurt him and delay the whole project while costing him time and money. If he knows there will be delays...he better be up front about it and inform the shareholders. That would be the best way to underpin his credibility. If he is not being genuine he will pay the price...wheeling and dealing can't work without the down cards. This is not a Micky mouse project so conning will kill him if that is the case. There is a lot at stake here for him if he delays, stalls and is not up front with the shareholders. There are a lot of undercurrents playing out in my opinion. I believe there are sharks out there who want to get in on this project cheap...maybe by squeezing Pierre any way they can...legally or otherwise. If they see a chance to choke him out they will and they would have to have dough. They know there is a plumb resource on that mountain and immediate cash flow with the tailings/muck. This is not a game. It is high stakes poker, late in the game with a huge pot and there is not much time left for all the players. Why you ask?

This next few months will see some startling changes for the price of silver in my opinion as the concentrated shorts are now in a dead end-situation with no hope of ever deliverng into their goliath contracts. We are rapidly aproaching the most unique silver shock in the history of human markets. This will cause a steep increase in it's price..at least to the point where it's ratio to gold normalizes...and then upwards for years to come. Good old supply and demand always rule the day. Jesse Livermore said that the biggest money made in the markets is always made by those who buy and wait. So, look for a Comex default or some other end game to take place that will see the price of silver go to at least $20 and then $30 by Dec. ...and depending on potential black swan possibilities, maybe much higher. Because of the growing industrial demand for silver, demand is now much larger than supply and all above ground silver available is virtually nil. Industries that need silver to produce their products need it now...not next month...or they are toast. Since silver is such a small component of most of teir products, the tota cost of the silver in eac product is small. Therefore they will pay whatever the prices rise to without skipping a beat. Can you imagine the competition that's in front of us for the demand for silver? Then, when all the lemmings realize what up, investment demand will soar. No amount of paper shorting/promises/games can now prevent the inevitable. It is way overdue and far past the point of repair. It has probably even been planned. The big boys know that however much as been made on the shorting over the last 20 years, there will be as much made in a far shorter time going long silver right now.

So...whether you hold SFMI, ECU, SLW, PAA or any other silver (gold/silver, copper/silver) stock...explorer, developer, producer, whatever...you will do very well.

Whether you wish to have SFMI in the mix is your choice. Can Pierre carry it off? Its your bet and your money.
