Unfortunately, you are way too optomistic. No cement has been poured yet, and stil need to go before the County Commissioners. We will be fortunate if the mill is up by mid Dec in my opinion. I am okay with that.........just want to know they are actually going through the process. I have family in Boise area that check on this for me from time to time. I am hearing that actual progress is being made..... and I believe my source. I am encouraged, but the early construction/completion date for the mill is not in the cards, and PQ is not helping the shareholders, by over promising......again!
