This is definitely a big step in the right direction! As expected, there has been substantial dilution (page 31 of the report shows 143,129,414 shares issued of Class A Common Stock and 2,137,446 shares of Class B Common Stock).

Does anyone have a realistic time line for approval of this document by the SEC?
