LongSFMI,

I like your numbers. I do think that any major revaluation in the market will most likely occur when production begins rather than with the OCTBB listing. The listing is nice, but will primarily be a validation of the numbers in the application. I think the market reaction to the application was semi-predictable- we had numbers, but some of them were neutral or a bit negative. The number of shares was double what had been known previously, and the lack of cash was disappointing. Other posters have indicated that a PIPE financing for the mill is in place, but it's not clear if that means more dilution or if those shares are already included in the present share count. Look for maybe a slight pop with the listing (the application produced a slight rise on a generally down day for miners), but it may be temporary.

The catalysts for serious pops in the pps will be:

1. Construction of the mill,

2. Start of production, followed quickly by

3. Generation of revenue

4. News of assays of "tailings" or samples of unmined ore that greatly exceed what people expect

5. Start of mining (probably a ways away)

6. Share buybacks. Both news of a program and actual buybacks should goose the pps.

Most of these should occur relatively quickly. Even though there have been delays, setbacks, and miscues, SFMI should reach revenue production much faster than most startups because of the presence of the rich "tailings".

Looking forward to some nice news releases!
