dcbass,
At one point there were about 35m free trading shares out of ~79M total. The recent filing lists just under 150m total shares (maybe this board's home page should be updated?). I get the impression most of the new shares are presently restricted from trading, so maybe the float is still ~35m, of which this board controls ~1/2 (1/8 of all shares).
Where did you get the short position from? Shortsqueeze.com has listed only 100 shares short for quite a while. It would be nice if it were 9.8m, though- it could create quite a squeeze since there may be only 18m free trading shares not controlled by this board.

17.50m/78.6m = 22.4% of the fully diluted shares now accounted for (11.8% of share count in the SEC filing).
This board controls just more than half the free-trading shares, and almost one quarter of all shares (one eighth based on SEC filing count).
