That's a bit better. On the other hand, it also says something about the news releases when you have to immediately call up IR to get an explanation.
BTW, a poster on another board says:
"Planning and Zoning of Owyhee County has received the conditional land use application papers from SFMI which is a fifty to sixty page document. Upon an open records request, any one can obtain a copy for twenty-five cents per page and one dollar per page for the color pages. The hearing will be October 7."
If so, that's good news. If they get the permit, then maybe a few days or so to grade, another few days to lay the concrete slab, and a week to assemble the pre-fab building (my guesses as to timeline). The mill should be a matter of re-assembling the units. Maybe the whole thing will be up and running in November?
