There's "something" in the air.

I know I am preaching the converted here but here is what I just posted at the "other" BB.

More and more acquisitions are being announced as today we see PAAS buying out Aquiline. And Barrick is almost in a panic raising billions via share dilution and today a bond offering, to buy out its short of gold hedge problem and have some cash to procure new resources. Why? Because the big boys are starved for resources that they desperately need to replenish. They will be jumping at the chance to find new deposits…deposits discovered by juniors…deposits only available via acquisition. You see, the big boys have waited too long to make their move as many suspected gold would not move so fast and they would be able to buy out the cash poor juniors for a pittance. They have erred in judgment.

Mine supply has been diminishing for years as demand has been increasing. At the same time central banks have run out of gold to sell into the markets in order to suppress it. There’s another 1500 tons a year that has been pieced into the markets for ten years and no longer exists…and you can multiply that amount by 20 due to leveraging via a multiple of instruments. The big boys got too cocky and all the insider mining producers who have been looking the other way for years re the gold price suppression. Everyone was making dough and those that weren’t happy were intimidated to keep quiet. Whoops! Surprise! Time’s up! Seems the cartel hubris has just got the better of them.

We are on the verge of a gold rush the likes of which has never been seen as there will be a frenzy to find gold and silver still in the ground….never mind gold on top of the ground such as SFMI has in its 300,000 plus tons of mine excavation...which PMseeker just refreshed us on. Now just imagine if those grades are much higher! Can anyone imagine the value of 600,000 ozs of gold sitting out there in piles just waiting to be processed?? Okay…300,000 ounces to be conservative. What is the forward PE on that at 10 to 1??

This is an incredible project. Kind and gentle people…it takes 5 to 8 years to discover a deposit, hire labor and management, engineers, geologists…drill it, do feasibility studies, raise millions, build infrastructure, build a mill, get permits and go into production.

SFMI is already there and we only await the mill start up and cash flow that will come from processing anywhere from 300,000 ozs up. PMseeker laid out the numbers and they look spectacular. We won’t mention all the other pluses up the road, through the Sinker Tunnel and into the mine shafts proximal to an estimated 4 million ounces of gold equivalent…and maybe much more.

I keep looking at the price of what today, 7 cents???!!! It is mind numbing. This stock simply has no exposure yet but it will soon.

One question for anyone out there. How many JPMs, out of thousands, are there out there that have stockpiles of high grade ore ready for processing and a mill on site soon to be operating? A dozen? If only .003 explorers ever become producers then that is 3 per thousand over and above the established producers…thirsting for PMs.

What do you suppose a desperate producer will bid for the above resource once the real action starts very soon? For example, in 1995 Barrick bought out Arequipa Resources in Peru for $32/share. It had traded the previous summer for 40 cents. They bought it almost the same way an anxious buyer buys a home…no inspection (no feasibility study). They only knew there was about 4 million or more ounces of gold there at about 7 gms/ton. Gold was only about $400 at the time.

By way of comparison…is SFMI worth $5? $10? What?

All you have to do is wait to see.
