Land Purchase

Another announcement details the land purchase. Interesting deal, that the company paid $12,500 an acre for the land and will pay it off in ten years at no interest. The odd part is that the purchase price is about 10 times the norm for Idaho pasture. Wouldn't it have been cheaper over the long run to pay market for the land plus interest?
