I just want to remind the investors in SFMI that to be a certified shareholder of record, shares cannot be held in street name only, that is with a broker. Just order a certificate, which may cost something to do, for some or all of your shares and you too can be recorded as acertified SFMI Shareholder.

The added benefit is that your shares cannot be "borrowed" to be sold short.
