Here’s an exploration stage gold/silver junior in Argentina and Chile with multiple properties….that is trading over $3/share. It has over 32 million shares out, so to make a fair comparison to SFMI, let’s divide by 5 (150 million) which makes the stock worth about 60 cents. This little co. is going to have to raise millions to continue “grass roots” exploring, drilling, assaying etc. It’s cash burn rate is about $2 million/yr. right now and it will be years before anyone even knows if it can be a profitable producer.

The Company has no source of revenue, and has significant cash requirements to meet its administrative overhead and maintain its mineral interests.”…

The Company has no operations that generate cash flow and its long term financial success is

dependant on management’s ability to discover economically viable mineral deposits. The mineral

exploration process can take many years…

In order to finance the Company’s exploration programs and to cover administrative and overhead

expenses, the Company raises money through equity sales and from the exercise of convertible

securities (share purchase warrants).”

So, one can assume huge stock dilution as they are only at the early drilling/grab sample stage of development. Assets and liabilities wash out but there is a $10 million end-period deficit.

So far drilling results look promising but are nowhere near the Idaho Bureau of Mines report on SFMI’s War Eagle properties…in fact they are miniscule. Average gold grades are under 2.5 gms/ton with some high silver grades over various veins.

Can you believe SFMI, with all the resources on the War Eagle estimated at 3 to 5 million ozs. gold equivalent PLUS… imminent cash flow coming from the mill start-up with 300,000 tons of above-ground ore with minimal 6 gms/ton plus gold equiv. (est. min. $60 million)…is trading at 5cents!!!???

One can compare SFMI to a hundred other junior explorers out there and shake one’s head at the ridiculously undervalued price of the shares .

Hey folks, SFMI isn’t in Chile, Argentina or even Mexico….it’s in the USA!

SFMI has to be one of the biggest hidden gems in the world!
