The uplisting was excellent news, and will eventually bring in other investors who can't or won't touch the pinks. Igalop is right, traders buy expecting the news (or when there's a leak, as may have happened Wednesday afternoon) and sell when it pops. We're still on a general uptrend, though.
The effect of the uplisting will pale in comparison to the effect of all the news that will follow commissioning of the mill. That is not a paperwork event, but a real physical milestone that will result in revenue. News of the startup, first revenue, grades of the "tailings", and ramping up of production all should have a greater effect than the uplisting. I'm especially anticipating information about the grades in the rocks we'll be processing. I'm sure everyone here has seen what great drill results will due for the share price of a company that's nowhere near production- And that's for ore that won't see the light of day for years. Imagine what the effect will be of reports of the kinds of grades we expect for material that's sitting in a pile by the mill waiting to be processed!
