That was a lot of very good calculating Ed...and being conservative is probably the healthiest way to go these days. You sure know your stuff and that is worth a lot to me and others here. So does Anton.

I am still on the more optimisitc side due to the possibilities of extraneous factors as mentioned in my last post. The desperation for reserves I think could really heat up.

No matter what, SFMI has a good thing going.
