It may not seem that way, but ihub rules are (or at least can be) applied pretty consistently. The problem is that the bashers have learned to operate within the rules, and the stockholders haven't (or don't, for reasons to follow). ihub simply doesn't allow any type of personal attack or off topic posts, and their definition of attack and off topic is pretty expansive. They will delete a post that is 99% on topic, or a long, extremely infomative post if it has even a whiff of personal attack. They may use these rules more against longs, but that is probably because the bashers have learned to complain about posts and get them removed. We can do it too- I have gotten a number of offensive posts removed. Learn to complain using the rules. Look for anything personal about another poster in every basher's post, and complain if you find something. Then ihub will be more consistent.

What happens is that a basher will post an absolutely outrageous post. It may contain lies about the company, libel about the management, etc., but it will be entirely on topic and contain no personal attacks, and ihub has made it clear that they do not rule on matters of truth or honesty as long as the posts are on topic and don't attack other posters. The legit posters get mad, and post messages that attack the bashers. Their posts are removed, they get pissed and/or discouraged, and they give up. What they should do is attack the lies, not the basher.

From a post on ihub:

"It has been made clear to me by admin that they will not be the ones to decide what is libelous, false, twisted, distorted, etc. It is obvious that a sociopath can literally say anything he wants to ABOUT THE COMPANY and get away with it. Honest posters get upset, attack the sociopaths, get deleted, and get frustrated and possibly stop posting. The sociopaths don't care about being attacked, and just go on their merry way within the rules. What honest posters have to do is to respond not to the sociopaths, but to the false and misleading information. Don't even do it as a reply, but as a new message. Post the facts, preferably contrasting them to the false information, and show why the false information is false, preferably using reliable sources and references. That's it. Any more and you may get deleted. And if you do slip in something that gets the post deleted, don't get flustered, just figure out what got it deleted, modify it, and repost. I've done it many times, often taking a few tries to get something that sticks. Don't get mad, get cold. Ice cold. Facts. Truth. Information. Sources. References. Logic. Reasoning."
