On the share issue. As you know, there are about 215M outstanding now. There are another 50 or so million in convertables at .05. In addition, thery are as of now looking for another 5-10 mil to pay salaries and bills, and maybe add another circuit and drill some holes. All this will be happening before they have a reliable income stream.

As far as only doing what was necessary, Why did they spend over 1M cash and shares over the last 2 years on consultants looking for additional mining opportunities?
