I think the news release below says it all. There's been "an intense interest" from Brazil and they are moving forward in that direction. The name Eike Batista of course has been tossed around the bull boards. He certainly fits the criteria of being in the 'high caliber people' quote and has been a very successful gold entrepreneur for years along with his father. 1) Meet with a Sao Paulo legal team to plan an offering on the BOVESPA (Brazilian Exchange).

3) Getting membership in the Brazilian American Chamber of Commerce in New York City.
