Hey guys this forum and the opinions here have been a great source of knowledge. I do own SFMI and recently got into to GHDC due to the attractive prices. If any one could give me their OPINION on what the estimate for GHDC price to be once the payment is made or if there is a buy out by forigen investors.

For the most part I do not really care much for the message boards on other forums due to the pumpers and bashers and one is no better than the other IMO. What I do like here is the realistic facts that are presented here by yall.
