Frankly, the kind of people who would be scared off by garbage like that aren't serious investors anyway. Yes, it would be nice to have their money invested too, but I doubt that it's enough to make any difference. Anyone who would be thinking about investing a substantial sum would be doing DD that would get them past the detractors quite quickly. Not that I wouldn't like to see the lying basherds dragged into court and turned into paupers.
