Funny you should mention party. I asked him about that and here is his response:

"A party? A corporate reception after the meeting will be available for those 110 shareholders attending. You misconstrue everything you read and every response given..."

I am afraid you may experience just that at the meeting. Half the time spent with crowd control.

If someone else is getting other information that would be great. He said he is no longer talking to me because today I dared to mention that there are only three business days before the meetings and still we have no news. He responded that we have 5.5 days and then proceeded with an insult. I am not sure what kind of fuzzy math he was using but reminded him that Monday through Wednesday = 3 days, not 5.5 days.

I still have hope for SFMI, but would vote for a change in IR with great enthusiasm.
