Message: Good morning....

I'm developing a theory about how the Cartel works with the miners, strictly from observation and a lot of guessing about the future.

I don't think the Cartel necessarily attacks all miners all the time, just as needed. I'm thinking they have a plan to prevent any excitement in this sector AND, when possible, cause great stress and frustration where possible. Here's a scenario, and SFMI is a prime example:

- The Cartel keeps an eye on any and all miner stocks for share prices advancing;

- Let some excitement build as the price rises to draw in investors;

- At some point, start shorting to stop the advance;

- A pullback is viewed as an opportunity to buy by even more investors;

- The Cartel prevents further advancement by shorting more;

- Keep shorting just enough to slowly grind the price back down;

- Let the weak top-buyers do the heavy selling to get the price way down;

- The shorts cover during the downward momentum;

- They also buy long positions during the decline to have ammo;

- Keep shorting just enough to prevent any rise:

- Frustrated longs slowly move on to something else, or just complain;

- This complaining and bashers help keep new buyers away;

- The price goes nowhere by itself since no one buys;

All this accomplishes two goals:

1. No excitement in the mining sector. In fact, it produces frustrated investors that say "screw this sector" and don't return. Perhaps even telling others to not bother.

2. The Cartel is actually accumulating positions in this sector at extremely undervalued prices in preparation for the day when then know the poopy hits the fan.

As shorters, they make money on the downward momentum, that they created, as they cover at lower prices. Accumulating shares allows them to also make money when the day arrives that the sector is allowed to rise. Even this has three goals:

1. Very few private individuals will be making any money since they were previously chased away or worn out and left.

2. The Cartel will have large share positions in mining companies to control company operations. In other words, they still control gold, the deep storage variety.

3. This means easier control over the masses as the majority will be broke, so they have all the power and all the gold. They still win.

Hows that for a conspiracy? Sound feasible? Depressing?

I had some time on my hands so my mind started wondering where all this was headed. I know I won't be left behind, but just my grown-up family will be devastated. I've preached to them for years, all in vain. After all, what could I possibly know, I'm their Dad.

I'm so happy I'm in this sector and SFMI, but I'm not really too sure what kind of future I'm going to have as everything I'm used to falls apart around me. I viewed my retirement years a bit differently than just being a survivor.
