ed,

My take after trying to put together all the pieces is that they (or somebody) have certainly conducted quite a few assays of samples. They certainly have assayed samples of the piles, which they must have done in order to decide the priorities of the piles, and since they knew which pile was "lower grade" to use in setting up the mill. And I think they have assayed samples of the batches of concentrate, since they need to have a pretty good idea of the composition to decide which smelter to use and to negotiate the contract. What they don't, have, though, is an overall grade for either the piles (obviously) or the batches they have run- which they won't have until they are smelted. And I don't think they want to release partial results, or assays of small samples. Maybe the variability within the piles that PQ mentioned made them hesitant to announce an assay that wouldn't hold up throughout the pile.

Nevertheless, I would like to get some info.
