After consultation with the other active hub leader, reglarjoe has now been banned. It is not something I did easily or gladly, but warnings obviously did not work. Until a couple months ago, this was a very civil and informative board and there had only been two reports of violations dating back two years. In the past two weeks, there have been over a dozen reported, all either posts by reglarjoe or reglarjoe reporting posts responding to him. The violations by reglarjoe (personal attack, vulgarity, off-topic postings) alone would have warranted a ban, but the disruption caused by him, and the lack of substance in his posts also contributed.
