I hope you are right Sinbob about a potential buyout offer, but is seems odd that SFMI is not gaining at all in price during this across the board rise in PM prices. It also seems strange to me that someone said management is holding down the price because why would management do anything to suppress the price at this time, since any upward pressure on the stock price would support a higher buyout price.
