Hey Spiny/Pick/Sinbob et al: I posted this question before, but I don't think anyone answered. Does anyone know what the "internal controls" are for a company "onsite smelter"? What would keep a small insider group from "skimming" off a percentage of the smelter results for their own benefit? Regarding internal controls for all smelters in general, does anyone have any sense of what type of controls exist are to ensure each miner's smelting inventory is not "skimmed off" in any way before he gets the net gold/silver dore bars? This is a serious question and I am not in advance speculating that any insider would perform such a corrupt act, but I am more curious to know how such corrupt acts are prevented in smelter operations in the case of performing internal or external smelter operations?
