I learned years ago that logic and investing in gold & silver have no business being being lumped together.

You're trying to use logical thinking about what G&S should be doing in a highly manipulated market. Always try to remember that when you believe G&S should be rallying on news, in actuality they will get creamed.

Why? So that over years of investors seeing this price behavior, they will be brainwashed into believing this is normal gold and silver behavior, and stay away from the sector completely.
