I find it amazing the hysteria around the 10 k report. Its fiscal year ended 12/31/10. All the excellent PR's came out afterwards.....and with SFMI hitting the television news network within a couple months...something is about to give. All positive I may add.

I have a buy for more GHDC on Monday...I am thinking GHDC will be a dividend paying stock in the future, of course this is speculation on my part. Even with a modest .10 per share dividend for the year, this would a nice chunk of change depending the size of your GHDC portfolio.

Still waiting to hear from AZ on his interruptation of the report. We basically all knew, revenues would be non existent for last years report.

If some people dump on Monday, it will be good for the longs.

Patience is a virtue...also, in any business, risks are there.
