When I mentioned basher posts, I meant the ones one the other board. And by basher, I don't mean those with legitimate criticisms or who point out problems, but those who twist, distort, or just plain lie to exxagerate or create negatives. We have had very few real bashers here, because this board differs from that other one in that lying, dishonesty, or just plain nastiness are not tolerated, and those who engage in it can be removed by the hub leaders, usually very quickly.

Simply discussing problems or negatives is perfectly OK. Problems with communication have been discussed on this board for as long as I've been here, Richie Rich was not the first to bring it up. He was not banned because he discussed negatives, he was banned because his attitude and approach towards other posters was creating havoc and bad blood on the board- plus he dared the hub leaders to ban him and literally asked to be banned- His last post was "Ban me big shot". He wasn't banned because he was criticizing the company, he was banned because he acted like a jerk and was ruining the board.

Here is my last post directed at him before he was banned:

"Not threats and attacks- just stating the facts. The hub leaders on the board have the ability to ban posters. For any reason. Thankfully, the hub leaders here are quite tolerant of most posts, and we have only banned one poster. However, posters who continually foment, irritate, condescend, snark, etc., are not welcome. You don't have to contribute to the discussion, just don't lower it. And this is not to mean that negative posts are not tolerated, because they are. Sinbob himself just stated that this company is not perfect, and I am also critical of the company when it is justified. Negatives can be brought up in the context of civil discussion. But uncivil posts, negative or not, are not acceptable here. There are other boards for that."

That is still true. I am certainly open to allowing him back on as long as his posts are civil. I'm not sure how or if he can be reinstated (I don't see an obvious way), but I think a request to admin would do the trick. If he's really interested in being reinstated, have him write a request and you can PM it to me.
