So what has BOUTS said that was wrong? So the March fireworks didn't take place- though there was a significant PR that would have moved many stocks. Reporting what you hear is not wrong, because we all know that at the moment all we have to go on is rumor. If you base your investment strategy on rumor, I guarantee you will be disappointed at one time or another. There's nothing wrong with being excited about an investment and conveying that excitement to others, as long as your statements are honest (which doesn't mean that predictions will always come true). On the other hand, towndrunk has made statements that are unsupported by any facts or relaible reports, that are contradicted by the available information, much of which is in filings or official statements and PRs, and some of which are blatantly untrue. Take for example the statement that set off the latest dialog:
"He [PQ] has taken millions and most likely is the recipient of the consulting fees totaling nearly 7 million dollars."
That is absolutely false, as can be seen by reading the filings. If PQ has taken all the money, who paid for the geo work, the assays, the legal work, and other work conducted in the process of buying the mill property, getting permits, assaying and evaluating the ore dumps, researching the claims, buying the Sinker, building the mill, dealing with various agencies, etc.? Though some of the work such as road improvements, , mill construction, etc., was done by trading shares for services, look at the timing and number of shares used for those purposes and you'll soon realize that much of that $7M was used to get SFMI where it is now- not to line anyone's pockets. Look at the filings and you'll also find that PQ et al. not only deferred much of their compensation, but personally loaned money to SFMI to avoid financings and dilution. I haven't seen BOUTS sugarcoat anything, but I have seen towndrunk spew an awful lot of lies and garbage. No one here will deny that there are things to criticize about SFMI (as I have done repeatedly), but there is a huge difference between legitimate criticism and making shit up in order to bash a company. Guess which of those I think towndrunk is doing.
