(Edit this Message from the "Fast Facts" Section)
"So someone is dishonest if they don't believe what you believe?"
Not what I believe, what is documented fact. I'm very aware of the difference between opinion and fact. td is entitled to his opinions, he is not entitled to his own set of "facts" that are contradicted by every bit of documentation available, including official government filings. Go through the filings (or any other source of information other than liars on message boards) and see if you can find anything to substantiate td's assertion that PQ has taken millions out of SFMI, as well as the $7M in consultant's fees. It's an opinion to say that PQ has or has not run the company well, and one could argue either way. But a statement that he has taken millions out of the company, including $7M designated as consultants fees, is not a statement of opinion. It's either true or false- there are no "sides" to facts. I'll retract everything I have said if you can substantiate it. On the contrary, it is a fact that it was very easy for me to find references in the filings to PQ et al. deferring salaries, and to loans made by them to SFMI that were made in order to avoid dilutive financings. I also found numerous references to work done by consultants- geo services, surveys, assays, legal work, etc.
You think I can't see both sides of a debate? Think again. Go back and read my posts before you accuse me of anything. I'm as critical as anyone when it is warranted. But I won't sit by quietly while some message board trash simply lies about a company I'm invested in.
