Centurion Private Equity LLC (Shorting Clause)

Pmseeker et al;
I know you tire of me bringing up Centurion but I couldn't pass this up. A company called Minerco (Mine.OB) that has an agreement with Centurion actually has a short selling clause in their agreement (see link and 2.3.10). What I find interesting is that in the SFMI 8-K link below it doesn't mention anything about a "short clause". Minerco is only a $2 million market cap company (was about double that before announced deal with Centurion) and SFMI is a $40 million market cap so why don't we have a short clause? Did we just forget to put that in the filing? It is interesting that SFMI has the same $300,000 maximum as Minerco so I would think there would be some verbiage as to short selling. Not bashing. not slamming, just wondering why we aren't that specific in our filing. My reason for posting this is perhaps this is the reason for the capped price on the stock. Don't be ticked, I'm just looking for answers why we are at .13 .
