Next annual shareholder meeting will be in September. Many people on this board attended the last meeting and came away impressed. Either they were buying more or holding. I didn't read any warning signs by the people who attended the meeting.

My questions go out to the people who attended the meeting.

1. After today's downward turn, does this give you more confidence or less confidence with SFMI management and the direction SFMI Is going?

2. Will you be attending the next SHM?

3. What should be done with Rich Kaiser?

4. How would you handle the Press releases?

Hopefully I will be attending the next meeting if all goes well.
