I guess bill didn't read the part about where Centurion's shares are restricted. And I guess he also didn't read the part about where they only get a 3% discount. Otherwise, if he thinks Centurion will be selling their shares, he must think that the sp will be going up enough to make it worthwhile for Centurion to sell!
