Agreed on all of that pic. My only concern is that this is a race. A race to gain enough good stuff (cash, bullion, etc) to weather the storm and with much of my $$$ tied up in SFMI (I know, mistake to have many eggs in one basket), I need sfmi to make some moves over the next 12 to 18 months. We shall see but the clock is ticking!
