There will NEVER be:

1) a reverse split

2) a TV show

3) The LOC financing has not been touched yet and if any part is touched it will be put on the shelf, not sold untill it gets into the dollars.

Centurion sees this as a big score and the FLOOR is set by PQ, therefore, with a set floor you can NEVER have a DEATH SPIRAL
