I'm in no way trying to be negative with this question but I need some clarification regarding the share buyback plan.
We have this $7.2mm out there from Centurion that we need to tap to move further with exploration, drilling, etc.
We have very minimal revenues as of yet. I understand more are to come. But in order for SFMI to buyback shares, can I assume they will have to be cash flow positive and essentially debt free?
If so, if we are still at $.08 by the time that happens, I will be dead. My point being, at this current moment the "share buy back plan" is no where in the near future.
Are they planning on using borrowed money to buy back the shares?
